Adotta head office is characterized by light-shaped architecture. The functional programme was the renovation of a warehouse: a large rectangle with a vaulted cover accommodates roughly 1200 sq.m. of offices and showrooms on three floors. The project uses light to break boundaries between painting, sculpture and architecture. Light transforms and manipulates space, forms new optical bodies, introduces a new spatial logic and overcomes the physical limits of matter.
