The renovation project concerns the rebuilding of the façade on the avenue while maintaining the courtyard’s continuity.  The building, although modern, respects tradition thanks to the use of stylistic elements and alignments with nearby buildings, such as coupled windows bordered with white plaster standing out against a dark plaster surface.  New elements, such as the balcony and the ample openings of the ground floor, have been left unglazed and un-emphasized.
